 We are locally based fast and efficient Pool and Spa Certifiers, servicing all areas of the Central Coast.


Don’t get sucked in by a low first inspection price. If your pool or spa doesn't pass the first inspection, other companies will hit you with a second inspection fee which can be more than double the cost of the first. You may also need a third inspection which can end up costing close to $1,000.


At Central Coast Pool Inspections, we charge a flat rate of $249, no matter how many inspections are required. You can trust that there are no hidden fees or motives to fail you the first time.

Central Coast Pool Inspections will provide a professional service for your pool and spa barrier compliance needs. Our mission is to ensure that you and your family are safe when it comes to access to swimming pool and spa areas in the home.


We are fully accredited, insured and registered. We are a friendly and responsive team that will work with you to achieve safety barrier compliance with minimal fuss.


We can also provide you with advice and solutions to ensure your pool or spa barrier fence is compliant.

Pool and Spa Barrier Inspections

* We issue Swimming Pool Barrier Compliance Certificates for all swimming pools and outdoor spas that comply with the NSW Swimming Pools Act 1992 and the Regulations


* Advice about construction specifications and rectifications for pool barriers 


* Swimming pool and outdoor spa barrier inspections


* We register swimming pools on the NSW Swimming Pool Register


* We will issue you with a certificate of compliance on the same day or provide a comprehensive report on issues which need to be rectified

Our Pricing

Compliance Inspection (Inc. any Re-Inspections) Pool - $249 Spa - $199


* Comprehensive inspections by a registered pool inspector

* Issue of a Certificate of Compliance if the barrier is compliant

* Detailed report including photographs with an assessment of the barrier if not compliant

* Suggested rectification if works are required

* Debrief of the assessment report in person or by phone

* NO EXTRA CHARGE for a second/third inspection


You will have 60 days to rectify any non-compliant issues with your pool/spa barrier
